William C. Baker, Jr
William Baker graduated from Florida State University in 1981 with a B.A. degree in Finance, and from Stetson University College of Law in 1983 with a Juris Doctorate degree. He has 25 years of trial experience in various State and Federal Courts throughout the country. He began his career with the Pensacola, Florida personal injury law firm of Levin, Middlebrooks, Mabie from 1984-1986. He formed his own law firm in 1986 to focus solely upon select cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, consumer insurance claims and disability claims.
William Baker was joined by his brother James Quin Baker in 1996 to form the personal injury and medical malpractice law firm of Baker & Baker. William Baker has an AV Attorney Peer Reviewed Rating through Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating achievable for legal ability and ethics through that nationally recognized organization. He is a long-standing active Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
James Quin Baker
James Quin Baker graduated from Florida State University in 1991 with a degree in Finance and from Mississippi College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. From 1994 to 1996, he was a State of Florida prosecuting trial attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. He joined the firm in 1996 to concentrate his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, consumer insurance disputes and social security disability claims. He has over 15 years of extensive trial experience in the State and Federal Courts of Florida and Alabama.
James Quin Baker also has extensive experience advocating in administrative proceedings for Social Security Disability claimants who have initially been denied benefits. He is a member of both the Florida Bar Association and Alabama Bar Association. He is a past President of the First Circuit Trial Lawyers Association currently known as the First Circuit Justice Association. He is an active Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
